Chelsea

Originally from the Jersey Shore, Chelsea always loved finding peace by being at the beach and walking in the forest. When she found yoga back in 2014, she realized yoga grounded her as much as being in nature. Throughout college, work, and the start of the pandemic, Chelsea found that yoga and meditation always helped her find her inner peace. In 2021, her intuition nudged her towards yoga teacher training. One thing led to the next, and she expanded her healing modalities on her spiritual journey.

Today, Chelsea is a yoga teacher, reiki master, spiritual life purpose coach, and a Thai Yoga and Ayurvedic massage practitioner. Her goal is to help her clients find their inner peace through energy healing, release what holds them back through bodywork and asana, and come back to their inner self through breathwork and traveling inward. As a teacher and a lifelong student, Chelsea is excited to meet you wherever you are on your journey and to hold a safe space for all who work with her.

Ebony

Ebony is a Washington DC native who started her yoga journey in 2014, by walking into The Art of Living meditation center. She was on a mission to heal past traumas, deal with anxiety and discover her authentic self. In 2016 she completed her first teachers training. Her role as an instructor has allowed her to tap into her inner healer. Ebony’s unique teaching style brings a healing experience to her students. Ebony has completed several yoga intensives in YIN yoga, trauma informed yoga and Restorative yoga. She advanced her love for healing by adding energy work and other healing body work modalities to her offerings such as Thai yoga stretching, Ayurvedic herbal rejuvenation, and fascia blasting. Additionally, Ebony is a well-experienced facilitator for sound healing, guided meditation, and journal reflection circles. Combining her youth development background with her passion for yoga, Ebony created Project ME Youth to bring the healing work of yoga to inner city kids.
